Loren’s talk will describe forgiveness of others and self-forgiveness in the context of current racial tensions and a history of racial prejudices and discrimination in the United States. Ironically, both kinds of forgiveness can be both good and bad if misunderstood or misapplied. His remarks will be focused on raising issues and questions for discussion.
