General Assembly (GA) is the annual meeting of our Unitarian Universalist Association (UUA). Attendees worship, witness, learn, connect, and make policy for the Association through democratic process. Karen Esterl served as Decorah UU’s delegate to GA in June and will be sharing the highlights with us.

Everyone is welcome at our Sunday morning gathering. We meet at The Lingonberry, 218 W. Water Street, with our service at 10:00, followed by our social time at 11:00.

Share-the-Plate:  Our plate recipient for July-August is the Backpack Program, which provides kid-friendly, take-home nourishment to students during breaks and on weekends through the school year. To donate to the recipient, simply designate so on your check or offering envelope. Loose cash or undesignated envelopes in the offering plate go to Decorah UU.
